The author is Assistant Professor in History in a reputed institution in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India. A passionate researcher in temple architecture and epigraphy, did Comparative study on Rock-cut cave temples of Tiruchirappalli district, Thiruttalinathar temple at Thiruppattur, Comparative study on Rock-cut cave temples of Pudukkottai district, for academic pursuits under the guidance of Dr. R. Kalaikkovan, Director, Dr. M. Rajamanikkanar Centre for Historical Research. Presented papers in regional and National forums and published articles in reputed journals. The author also wrote articles in www.varalaaru.com. Temples of Tiruchirappalli district, Pudukkottai district, Rock-cut Cave temples and Vesara vimanas are the ongoing areas of research.
